FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to oil production and can be used to analyse operation of submersible pumping equipment in real time, including electrical submersible pump units. Method elimination of detected anomalies of electrical submersible pump unit (ESP), operating in the mode of operation of alternating time periods of pumping and accumulation of liquid by the pump includes: real-time measurement of the signal by the measuring devices of the ESP control station, containing the ESP process parameters, taking into account its actual operating period; segmentation of measured signal with its division into time periods corresponding to periods of pumping and accumulation of liquid by the pump; comparing the shape of the measured signal corresponding to the pumping periods with the shape of the abnormal signals and determining the metric value of the measured and abnormal signals; detecting anomalies of the ESP operation, which correspond to abnormal sections of the measured signal, obtained from the value of the metric of the measured and abnormal signals, wherein the value of the metric is less than its preset threshold value; elimination of detected anomalies of ESP operation.
EFFECT: increased service life and efficiency of ESP operation, ensuring the possibility of maintaining ESP serviceability for a long period of time as a result of prompt and accurate detection of ESP operation anomalies and correction of the pump operation mode depending on the type of the detected anomaly.
