FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for increasing the antimicrobial activity of the cell-free supernatant Bifidobacterium bifidum 791 with respect to Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli, including preparation of culture medium of Schaedler broth, inoculation of culture of bifidus bacteria Bifidobacterium bifidum 791 on bottom of test tube with culture medium, culturing for 48 hours in thermostat at 37 °C, followed by separation of the cell-free supernatant by centrifugation and passing through a Millipore membrane bacterial filter. Obtained cell-free supernatant Bifidobacterium bifidum 791 is heated for 20 minutes in a water bath at temperature from 60 to 70 °C with subsequent cooling to room temperature.

EFFECT: invention provides wider range of therapeutic agents with antimicrobial action against Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.
