FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: artificial knee joint is a knee module of a system of links and levers connected by axes of rotation to each other, as well as to a hydraulic housing and a base of the knee module, and has in the upper part an attachment to the sleeve, and in the lower part of the base there is a hole in the base for fixation of the bearing module with the foot. In the base on the first axis of rotation there is a support link, inside which on the second axis of rotation, parallel to the first axis of rotation, one end of the rear link is installed. Arm connected by third parallel axis of rotation is fixed to middle part of rear link. Central part of said arm is articulated with the base while its other end is articulated with lateral levers by fourth parallel axis of rotation. At the end of the rear part of the hydraulic housing there are two protrusions, between which the second end of the rear link is connected through the fifth parallel axis of rotation. Side levers are connected by their other ends to the central axis of rotation of the knee module, which is also parallel to the rest axes and is installed on the hydraulic housing. Hydraulic housing comprises gear wheel fitted on central axle and engaged with hydraulic piston via rack. Hydraulic piston can displace in oil-filled piston cavity connected with closed system of channels filled with oil. One-way valves are installed in the channels, they are oriented towards oil flow in a circle, as well as throttles, the function of which is formation of gaps. In one of the channels of the hydraulic housing there is an oil filter for retaining wear products, and behind it in the same channel there is a magnet for collecting metal particles. At the end of the cross-flow of one channel into the other, a bypass valve is installed to protect the hydraulic system from hydraulic impact, which is configured to be adjusted by a screw, and in the cover of the hydraulic housing there is a hydraulic accumulator for compensation of oil expansion during its heating, consisting of a flexible membrane and a sealed air cavity.
EFFECT: invention provides filtration of large and small wear products in hydraulic system, implementation of protection against hydraulic impact, which allows sharp bending of knee module, and oil heating at long-term operation to a lesser extent.
