SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is described, including solid substrate suitable for chemical linearization of double-stranded polynucleotides, and a method for linearization of immobilized double-stranded polynucleotides. In one embodiment, solid substrate contains double-stranded polynucleotides, where each double-stranded polynucleotide contains the first chain and the second chain immobilized on it, wherein each first chain contains the first cleavage site capable of undergoing chemical cleavage by palladium complex (0) or nickel complex (0), and where the first chain and the second chain are immobilized on solid substrate by their 5’- ends.

EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means of linearization of double-stranded oligonucleotides.
