FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to production of pastila confectionary products. Proposed pastila contains blackcurrant berries puree, beetroot puree, stevioside, a food additive in the form of chlorella microalgae powder at the following initial components ratio, wt.%: blackcurrant puree – 70; beetroot puree – 20; stevioside – 3; chlorella – 7.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product enriched with vitamins, macro- and microelements, with reduced sugar content.
