FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of safe environmentally safe loose material which can be used as material for development of creative work, active recreation, games and sports for children and adults. Disclosed is a multicomponent composition for treating loose material, consisting of water, triatomic alcohols and an antimicrobial additive, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: triatomic alcohol – 30–35, antimicrobial additive – 5–10, water – the rest. Antimicrobial additive is an aqueous nanodispersion of reduced and stabilized Ag(0) and Cu(II) chelate in the following ratio, wt.%: Ag(0) – 0.1, Cu(II) chelate – 3.5, water – the rest.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain loose material with high degree of protection against viruses, bacteria and fungi, improved forming ability and reduced dust formation.
