FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural production, public utilities and power engineering, in particular to devices for torrefaction of biomass and biowaste for production of biofuel suitable for production of heat and electric energy. Plant for producing granulated torrefied biofuel consists of connected in series with their first outputs: device (1) for drying biomass, device (2) for preparing biomass for granulation, device (3) for granulation of biomass, device (4) for cooling of granulated biomass, device (5) for separation of granules of fine particles and their return for repeated granulation, reactor (6) for torrefaction of granulated biomass, device (7) for cooling of torrefied granulated biomass, device (8) for separation of fine particles from mass of torrefied granules and their return for repeated granulation. Furnace (9) for production of thermal energy required for torrefaction of granulated biomass is connected by its first output and input to corresponding output and input of reactor (6), and by its second output to first input of evaporator (10), which is connected in series with turbine generator (11) and the first inlet of heat exchanger (12), which by its first outlet is connected to pump (13), and the second output is connected to drying device (1), which in its turn is connected by the second output to pump (14), the output of which is connected to the second input of heat exchanger (12). Second output of device (5) is connected to the second input of device (3), and the first output of device (8) is connected to the third input of device (3).
EFFECT: self-sufficiency of electricity for the production process of granulated torrefied biofuel.
