FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for extracorporeal mechanical perfusion of donor organs inside a donor's body is configured to operate off-line or supplied by an independent power supply and comprises a perfusion loop of the donor organs with a leukocyte filter, an oxygenator, a pump with a control unit, and an electric supply, arterial and venous cannulas and pressure sensors connected to carry out a feedback algorithm ensuring a double recording of pressure values measured in the perfusion loop of the donor organs, and a program control of a pump motor. One of the pressure sensors is mounted at an input of the arterial cannula, whereas the other one - at an output of the venous cannula. The oxygenator is connected to an oxygen source. A pump control and power supply unit is configured to monitor a perfusate amount and connected to increase a pump rotor speed depending on a pressure difference on the arterial and venous cannulas.
EFFECT: invention enables recovering and maintaining the viability of donor organs.
