FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to exoskeletons. Exoskeleton comprises a frame on which a module for human body is mounted on top, which is made in the form of left and right posts connected by a stiffening rib. From below, identical left and right lower exo-extremities are attached to the frame, each of which contains a hip, a shin and a foot. Connection of frame, left and right posts, stiffening rib, hips, shins and feet is made in the form of articulated joint of cylindrical hinges installed mutually perpendicular and fixed on ends of connected elements of exoskeleton. Left and right posts, hips and shins are made in the form of links. Exoskeleton is equipped with rotary electromechanical drives connected to each articulated joint, and made in the form of an electric motor for changing the angle between links with a reduction gear, mounted on the first and second cylindrical hinges mutually perpendicular, fixed on the ends of the connected elements of the exoskeleton, the exoskeleton control module and the storage battery. Links of left and right posts, hips and shins in the middle contain a section of variable length, made in the form of a translational electromechanical drive, which comprises a screw gearing and connected to the screw gearing of an electric motor for varying the length of the link, fixed on the upper part of the link to provide for the relative reciprocating movement of the link parts. Exoskeleton control module is electrically connected to the electric motors for changing the length of the link and the electric motors for changing the angle between the links and is configured to transmit to the electric motors for changing the length of the link and the electric motors for changing the angle between the links of control signals, and inputting commands by a person to control the exoskeleton. Storage battery is electrically connected to the exoskeleton control module, electric motors for changing the length of the link and electric motors for changing the angle between the links. Left and right posts contain left and right arcs, on the ends of which there are fasteners for connection of upper exo-extremities and payload. Stiffening rib is made with possibility of payload attachment.

EFFECT: use of active electromechanical drives in the lower part and body of the exoskeleton.
