Method of treating deep burns using prostaglandin F2 alpha involves transplantation of bioengineered structures made in the form of a mesh of chitosan hydrogel with included dermal fibroblasts, where travoprost is added to the composition in concentration of 10-8 M, wherein travoprost is added to the nutrient medium during dermal fibroblast cultivation.

EFFECT: invention provides an effective method of treating deep burns using prostaglandin F2 alpha.
