FIELD: medicine; cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to functional diagnostics and can be used for diagnostics of anterosuperior branch of left bundle branch block (ABLBBB). Orthogonal ECG leads, a cardiogram vector in orthogonal planes and a three-dimensional vector loop are reconstructed from 12-lead ECG, and a loop formation rate is plotted. ABLBBB is established based on the following criteria: vector loop in frontal plane is formed counterclockwise with formation of two extrema of vector loop, wherein the second extremum is directed upwards, to the right and backwards; three-dimensional vector loop formation rate curve has 2–3 peaks, in the end part of the vector loop, the velocity peak is reduced relative to the maximum peak by 2–2.5 times and coincides in time with the second extremum.
EFFECT: method increases accuracy of diagnosing ABLBBB, provides the possibility of diagnosing ABLBBB in combination with lower myocardial infarction and left ventricular hypertrophy by analyzing the speed of vector loop formation.
