FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices for bench testing of internal combustion engines. The automated complex for monitoring the quality of fuel of an internal combustion engine of vehicles contains the tested engine (1), the sensor (2) of the crankshaft speed, the sensor (3) of the camshaft, the sensor (4) of gas pressure in the engine cylinder, the sensor (5) of the throttle position, a knock sensor (6), a crankshaft angle sensor (7), an oxygen concentration sensor (8) and a mass air flow sensor (9). The complex also includes a gas analyzer (10) for harmful emissions of combustion products, an engine control unit (11), an electronic control unit (12), an analog-to-digital converter (13), a personal computer (14) with a monitor, a load device (15), control unit (16), electronic control unit model (17), communication interface (18), ignition key simulator (19), generator-simulator (20), switch (21), mode setting unit (22), device (23) control unit, a device (24) for interfacing an engine control unit and an electronic control unit, and a device (25) for interfacing an electronic control unit and an operation control unit. Additionally, an ambient air temperature sensor (34) is installed, the output of which is connected to the input of the electronic control unit (12), and the fuel tank (26). Inside the fuel tank (26) there is a hole in which the fuel pump (28) is fixed. The fuel pump (28) has a fuel quality sensor (27), a fuel temperature sensor (30), the outputs of which are connected to the corresponding inputs of the electronic unit (33) for evaluating the results of the fuel sensors, and a heating element (29). The input of the heating element (29) is connected to the input of the electronic control unit (12). Holes are cut in the fuel tank (26), into which a fuel level sensor (31) with a capacitive element and a fuel quality spectral analysis sensor (32) are installed, the outputs of which are connected to the corresponding inputs of the electronic unit (33) for evaluating the results of the fuel sensors.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of real-time fuel quality data.
