FIELD: internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: automated system for monitoring the environmental parameters of the internal combustion engine of vehicles, contains the tested engine (1), the crankshaft speed sensor (2), the camshaft sensor (3), the gas pressure sensor (4) in the engine cylinder, the throttle position sensor (5) dampers, knock sensor (6), crankshaft angle sensor (7), oxygen concentration sensor (33), mass air flow sensor (9), gas analyzer (10) of harmful emissions of combustion products, engine control unit (11) and electronic unit (12) test engine controls. The system includes an analog-to-digital converter (13), a personal computer (14) with a monitor, a load device (15), a control unit (16), a model (17) of an electronic control unit, a communication interface (18), a simulator (19) ignition key, generator-simulator (20), commutator (21), operation control device (23), interface device (24) for engine control unit and electronic control unit and device (25) for interface between electronic control unit and operation control device. There is a fuel quality control sensor (26), a fuel temperature sensor (27), an electronic unit (28) for evaluating the results of fuel sensors, an engine oil temperature sensor (29), an engine oil quality control sensor (30), an electronic unit (31) for evaluating results, block (22) for setting modes, with at least two oxygen concentration sensors (33) and with at least two temperature sensors (32) with a positive temperature coefficient, which are installed from below on the tested engine (1). The outputs of the oxygen concentration sensors (33) and temperature sensors (32) with a positive temperature coefficient are connected to the input of the electronic unit (34) for evaluating the results of the temperature sensors and the oxygen sensor. The output of the electronic unit (34) for evaluating the results of the temperature sensors and the oxygen sensor is connected to the input to the electronic unit (12) for controlling the engine under test. The system additionally includes a device (37) for outputting a matrix QR code, an electronic unit (36) for generating a matrix QR code, and an electronic unit (35) for reading operational parameters. The output of the device (37) for outputting the matrix QR code is connected to the input of the electronic unit (36) for generating the matrix QR code.
