SUBSTANCE: invention relates to core (1) of nuclear reactor (100) on molten salts (100). Nuclear reactor core (1) has tubular cylindrical central housing (10) for moderator, providing passage of liquid moderator (11), cylindrical jacket for fuel salt surrounding central housing (10) for moderator, and cylindrical jacket for neutron reflector surrounding cylindrical jacket for fuel salt, wherein cylindrical central housing (10) for moderator and neutron reflector has maximum internal cross-section area in the middle between inlet (12) for the liquid moderator and the neutron reflector of central housing (10) for the moderator and the neutron reflector and outlet (13) for liquid moderator and neutron reflector of housing (10) for neutron reflector and moderator.
EFFECT: possibility of creating a compact design of the reactor, which minimizes neutron leakage.
