SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for surgical treatment of mixed contracture of first toe in Ledderhose disease. A medial cicatricial portion of plantar aponeurosis tissues is exposed to the border with unaltered tissues. Partial aponeurotomy is performed within unchanged tissues of the given structure. A capsulotomy of the plantar and medial segments of the first metatarsophalangeal joint is performed, and an elongating zigzag tenotomy of the long flexor of the first toe is performed. Then the adductor tenotomy is performed at the same level, and the first toe is brought into the correct anatomical position.

EFFECT: method provides restoration of normal anatomical position of all parts of foot and restoration of its physiological stato-dynamic function by supplementing the method with a duplex shortening of the overstretched tissue complex along the lateral surface of the first metatarsal-phalanx joint and performing tenotomy of the long flexor of the first toe.
