FIELD: sampling; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for sampling fluid from production wells, comprising connecting an automatic sampler equipped with a sample collector, with a pipe string, through which a liquid is supplied, a channel for automatic sampling and discharge of a portion of the sample through a bypass line into a common pipeline pumping over the liquid, bypassing the channel from which the sample is taken, wherein the sample collector is equipped with a gas discharge tube to discharge air and gas from above. Method is characterized by the fact that the pipe string is equipped from below with a borehole pump and lowered into the well in the well fluid extraction interval, pump at the wellhead is connected to the control unit, which provides periodic extraction of the liquid by the pump, laboratory analysis of the liquid is carried out to determine the volume of the extracted oil during the period of periodic downtime of the pump, pipe string at the wellhead is connected to a common pipeline and above is equipped with an automatic sampler with a pressure sensor, an upper gas outlet with a gas valve, a channel and a bypass tube, wherein gas outlet and gas outlet tube, additionally equipped with its own gas valve, are communicated with sealed gas line, and bypass tube and channel are made with total cross section less than cross section of pipe string and are equipped with corresponding automatic gate valves, functionally connected to the control unit and the pressure sensor to ensure sequential opening after the pump is switched on and gas is released from the sampler and closed after the pump is stopped, first, the gate valve of the bypass tube is opened for removal of liquid in volume of 2–4 volumes of settled oil, and then – the channel for sampling, wherein the gate valve of the channel is adjusted for pulse operation for sampling in portions of 8–10 ml of liquid.
EFFECT: creation of a method for fluid sampling from production wells, which enables to take reliable samples of a multiphase fluid (water-gas-oil mixture) with its periodic sampling from production wells taking into account gravitational stratification during shutdown, as well as collection of released gas from the installation and the sample collector into a sealed collecting gas line.
