Liquid treatment apparatus includes one pump located below the liquid connection between the connection between the starting material and an outlet from the flow controller for imparting flow through the flow rate controller and from the liquid feed system through the processing device through the inlet of the device.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the liquid treatment apparatus and performing several different stages of treatment using a common flow line.
