FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biotechnology. Method for concentrating liquid containing a biomolecule is proposed. The method includes passing liquid through a device of tangential flow filtration under pressure, which is cyclically changed between higher and lower pressure by cyclically changing the flow rate of liquid through an alternating flow valve, using at least 10 cycles. The invention also relates to a device for concentration in a line for liquid containing a biomolecule, a method for concentrating a biomolecule using such a device and a method for obtaining a biomolecule.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to achieve high concentration of a biomolecule with an increase in the process speed.
