FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for psoriasis treatment. Balneotherapy and systemic ozone therapy are performed. Balneotherapy is carried out daily in the form of baths with “Adzhi-Su” water at temperature of 36-37 °C in the afternoon, the procedure lasts for 15 minutes for 12 days. At the same time, systemic ozone therapy is carried out for 11 days, 1 session day for 2 days with intervals on 3rd in the morning by intravenous introduction of 200 ml of ozonised 0.9% sodium chloride solution with ozone concentration of 2.0 mg/l.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of treatment, reducing the severity of the clinical course of the disease, the severity of erythema, infiltration and scaling, reducing the number of relapses, prolonging the remission and improving the patient's quality of life by reducing the value of malonic dialdehyde and interleukin in the blood plasma, as well as reducing the content of macrophage markers CD68+.
