FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: functional-cosmetic hand prosthesis comprises a hand with first hinges conjugated with phalanges of all fingers, a forearm frame with a prosthetic socket frame, in which the prosthetic socket is rigidly fixed. First hinges are rigid. Hand has a movable connection to the forearm frame by means of a second rigid hinge of the wrist. Prosthetic socket frame has a connection with the forearm frame by means of a third rigid hinge providing stepless rotation. First hinges and the second wrist hinge are passive. Each phalanx of the finger of the prosthesis contains a loop made of polymer. Screws are installed in hinge axes on both sides with possibility of hinge compression. Elastomer springs are installed between lugs and screw.
EFFECT: invention provides anthropomorphic identity with performing all natural types of "hand" gestures by means of control of the second healthy hand of the user.
