FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibrometric tests of rail vehicles. Method includes determining the lowest natural frequency of oscillations corresponding to the maximum level of vibration accelerations recorded by vibration sensors, pre-installed in tested rail vehicle, determination of wheel rolling circle radius. Then, using the formula, the speed of rail vehicles is calculated, at which coincidence of frequencies of disturbing oscillations with lower natural frequency of oscillation of rail vehicle body is expected. Further, test speed is determined at movement with minimum possible acceleration and subsequent smooth braking of the test train, which includes the tested car. Testing is carried out by movement, then carried out at a constant test speed with fixation of vibration accelerations. Comparison of maximum vibration accelerations recorded during the test with maximum allowable values is used to determine whether the tested rail vehicle has undergone vibrometric tests.
EFFECT: reduced scope of tests and their duration during certification tests.
