FIELD: vehicle testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the testing of vehicles. A universal method for road tests for the reliability of a vehicle is proposed, which consists in moving the vehicle over the surface in the driving mode of movement. The main units of the vehicle are forcibly loaded with various forms of mechanical impact in accentuated modes. If there is a deviation from the specified speed standards during testing, it is given according to the formula. Tests of the vehicle under all forms of external influence, depending on the type and purpose of the tests, are carried out both under any single form of loading, and with their various combinations.
EFFECT: solution is aimed at the universality of the test method.
