FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a module for sorting unloading, a separating device of a wet ball mill, comprising said module for sorting unloading, and a method for continuous separation by means of said separating device. Unloading sorting module contains sorting mesh plate 12 and sorting wheel 13. Sorting mesh plate 12 located outside sorting wheel 13 has a cylindrical structure and is equipped with an upper cover which is rigidly connected to the first rotating shaft 8. Sorting mesh plate cylinder wall is provided with a plurality of first slots or holes, and sorting wheel 13 has a cylindrical structure, the cylinder wall of which is equipped with a plurality of second slots or holes. Wet ball mill separator 7 comprises a cylinder including a feed section A, a cutting section B and a crushing section C arranged therein in series from top to bottom and unloading sorting module arranged inside crushing section C. Feed section A located in the upper part of the ball mill is equipped with a liquid inlet hole, a material inlet hole and a material distributor. Cutting section B, located in the middle part of the separating device of the wet ball mill, is equipped with cutting blades, and the crushing section, located in the lower part of the separating device of the wet ball mill, is equipped with mixing rods 10 and crushing balls 11, wherein the unloading sorting module is located in the lower part of the crushing section C. Method of continuous separation by means of a wet ball mill consists in the fact that liquid is supplied, the liquid level in a stable state is controlled, the material is fed into the material distributor, and then into the separating device of the wet ball mill. After that, loose material is cooled, mixed and cooled or mixed loose material is cut in cutting section of separating device. In process of grinding material powder is sieved, wherein during sorting, material powder with particle size exceeding preset size is discharged from sorting wheel by rotation of sorting wheel. Material powder, ejected from the sorting wheel, collides with the sorting section inner wall of the sorting mesh plate, material powder with particle size larger than preset particle size is discharged by gravity through screening plate.
EFFECT: group of inventions, when grinding fragile, flammable, explosive or heat-sensitive material in a vertical ball mill, reduces the likelihood of intermittent loading and clogging during unloading.
