FIELD: chemical or physical processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of methods of producing a lithium concentrate from lithium-bearing brines using a process of sorption and desorption on a granular sorbent “ДГАЛ-Сl”. Filtration of brine is carried out through a sorbent layer on a channel or in portions of a given volume with different content of lithium chloride in ascending order of concentration of lithium chloride in a portion. Sorbent is washed from brine with different content of impurities in order of their concentration decreasing. Desorption of lithium chloride from the sorbent is carried out by filtration per flow or stepwise with portions of water with different content of lithium chloride in order of decreasing concentration of lithium chloride per portion. Sorption-desorption enrichment module includes columns, in each of which a working cycle is carried out, including sorption of lithium, washing of sorbent and desorption of lithium, wherein the beginning of the working cycle for each next column is shifted in time relative to the beginning of the cycle of each previous column for a period, defined as quotient of operation cycle duration columns of sorption-desorption concentration module on the number of columns used in the module with a permissible deviation of ± 10%.
EFFECT: inventions provide higher efficiency of obtaining lithium concentrate from brines in sorption-desorption enrichment module.
