SUBSTANCE: personalized guide of radiofrequency needles for radiofrequency ablation of Gasserian ganglion, including all-plastic guide, consisting of a support element with fixation on the teeth of the upper jaw and a radiofrequency needle guide. Contains a middle glabellar element for visual monitoring of the position of the personalized guide, a connecting plate connecting the support element, a median glabellar element for visual control of the position of a personalized guide and a radiofrequency needle guide. Radiofrequency needle guide consists of a plate with radiofrequency needle entry depth limiters. Radiofrequency needle guide plate has two guide slots with retainers for the introduction of two radiofrequency needles and preventing displacement of the radiofrequency needles, having limiters of depth of entrance of radio-frequency needles along pre-planned trajectory, and the radiofrequency needle guide plate is configured to pass one or two radiofrequency needles for radiofrequency ablation of the Gasserian ganglion in a mono- or bipolar mode.

EFFECT: use of this invention enables to perform a transcutaneous puncture of the Gasserian ganglion along a pre-planned trajectory with the possibility of carrying out one or two radio-frequency needles at the first attempt, performing radiofrequency ablation in mono- or bipolar mode with minimal risks of post-puncture complications.
