FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Defibrillation pulse generator with adjustable shape comprises high voltage source (1), connected to it energy storage unit consisting of N series-connected capacitors (2), H-bridge (7) with connected load, load current sensor (6), control circuit (8), throttle (5), N reverse diodes (3), N controlled electronic switches (4). Electronic switches are connected in series. Negative input of the first switch is connected by series-connected throttle and current sensor to the first input of the H-bridge. Negative output of the first capacitor is connected to the second input of the H-bridge. Positive input of the last switch is connected to the positive output of the last capacitor. Negative output of each capacitor is connected to the anode of the corresponding reverse diode, the cathode of which is connected to the negative input of the corresponding switch. Control inputs of switches, H-bridge and current sensor output are connected to control circuit.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions and increased energy efficiency of the defibrillation pulse generator with adjustable shape.
