FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to production of preserved products, in particular sauce. Disclosed is a fruit-and-vegetable sauce composition containing apple and pumpkin puree, a sweetener, nuts, which contains erythritol as a sweetener, as nuts – cedar nuts, additionally contains spices in the form of milled garlic, cinnamon and cloves in ratio 5:0.6:1, with the following content of initial components, wt.%: apple puree 43.6–49.8; pumpkin puree 38.6–40.4; erythritol 6–8; spices 0.6–1; cedar nuts 5–7.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a hypoallergenic composition of the fruit-and-vegetable sauce, as well as expansion of the range of products with high organoleptic properties.
