SUBSTANCE: invention represents a nutrient medium for paulownia multiplication in vitro, containing the following initial components: NH4NO3—1,650 mg/l, KNO3—1,900 mg/l, MgSO4·7H2O—370 mg/l, KH2PO4—170 mg/l, H3BO3—6.2 mg/l, MnSO4·4H2O—22.3 mg/l, ZnSO4·7H2O—8.6 mg/l, KJ—0.83 mg/l, Na2MO4·2H2O—0.25 mg/l, CuSO4·5H2O—0.25 mg/l, CoCl2·5H2O—0.025 mg/l, FeSO4·7H2O—55.6 mg/l, Na2-EDTA—37.3 mg/l, Ca(NO3)·4H2O—112 g/l, sucrose—20 g/l, agar—7,000 mg/l, thiamine—0.8 mg/l, ascorbic acid—2.0 mg/l, glycine—2.0 mg/l, 6-BAP—1.2 g/l, meso-inositol—100 mg/l, gibberillinic acid—2.0 mg/l.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the paulownia reproduction coefficient by 30% in comparison with the prototype.
