FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of fire-retardant paint coatings of load-carrying structures. Polymer composition for producing intumescent fire-retardant coatings includes perchlorovinyl resin, as a reinforcing component, single-layer carbon nanotubes, as foaming agents intercalated graphite and ammonium polyphosphate, as fire retardant aluminium hydroxide, as a viscosity regulator, a polyurethane oligomer in a solution of n-methylpyrolidone with concentration of 66 wt. % and organic solvents – ethyl acetate, toluene and butyl acetate.
EFFECT: invention increases degree of expansion, anticorrosion properties and adhesion to metal surfaces of the coating obtained from the disclosed composition.
