FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of bioactive chemical compositions. Disclosed is a method of producing calcium-zirconium phosphate powder of composition CaZr4(PO4)6 from a solution containing precursors of calcium, zirconium and an organic precursor of phosphorus, by thermal treatment. First, zirconium (IV) acetylacetonate and tributyl phosphate are dissolved in ethyl alcohol, calcium oleate and rosin are added in molar ratio Ca:Zr:P equal to 1.35-1.4:4:8.1-8.4. Rosin weight is 1.5 times greater than the total weight of the precursors. Solvent is removed while stirring the mixture at temperature of 80 °C. Then heat treatment is carried out at 500 °C for 30 minutes to form an amorphous powder. Powder is milled and subjected to pyrolysis at temperature of 1,000 °C for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: invention can be used in traumatology, orthopaedics, regenerative medicine for restoration of damaged areas of bone tissue.
