FIELD: zirconium and sodium phosphate silicate composition production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for producing zirconium and sodium phosphate silicate composition Na3Zr2Si2PO12 with the NASICON structure, having superionic conductivity, which can be used as a solid electrolyte in ion sensors, gas sensors, in sodium ion batteries. The substance of the invention lies in the use of zirconyl oleate and sodium oleate, which are first dissolved in an organic solvent at 60-70°C, tributyl phosphate and tetraethoxysilane are added in a molar ratio of Na:Zr:Si:P=3.4-3.6:2.2 -2.4:2:1.35-1.4, stirred, the solvent is distilled off at a temperature of 110°C, then subjected to heat treatment at 600°C for 30 min, crushed and pyrolysis is carried out at 1000°C for 30 min.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain Na3Zr2Si2PO12 with a grain size of 0.1-0.3 μm and an insignificant admixture of tetragonal ZrO2 in a simplified way due to the shortening of the synthesis stages.
