SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method for genotyping the polymorphic locus rs7928675 (A>C) of the C11orf58 gene in a human by real-time PCR. Said method provides for identification of allelic variants of rs7928675 (A>C) of the C11orf58 gene using forward and reverse primers rs7928675 with sequences SEQ ID NO 1 and SEQ ID NO 2, respectively, as well as rs7928675-A-allele-specific and rs7928675-C-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO 3 and SEQ ID NO 4, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides an easy-to-implement and cost-effective method of genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism rs7928675 (A>C) localized in position chr11:16740259 (GRCh38.p14) of the C11orf58 gene.
