SUBSTANCE: what is described is a method for genotyping a polymorphic locus rs11024030 (T>C) of the C11orf58 gene in a human by real-time PCR using allele-specific fluorescent probes. Identification of allelic variants of T/C rs11024030 of gene C11orf58 is carried out using the developed primers.
EFFECT: development of simple and economically feasible method of genotyping of single-nucleotide polymorphism rs11024030 (T>C), localized in position chr11:16749066 (GRCh38) of gene C11orf58 by real-time polymerase chain reaction using allele-specific signalling probes containing FAM and ROX fluorophores.
