SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular to devices for measuring voltages. Essence of the claimed solution consists in the fact that the measuring component for the voltage measurement system in cells with a cable terminal comprises a housing, a housing of the measuring component terminals, a screw-on electrode, a spacer and a voltage divider, wherein the housing is made in the form of a hollow truncated cone, inside which there are in-series connected to each other a screw-on electrode, a spacer and a voltage divider, inner space of the housing is filled with a compound, the screw-on electrode is located on the side of the narrow end of the housing, and the housing of the terminals of the measuring component is mounted on the side of its wide end, wherein the circuit consisting of a screw-on electrode, a spacer and a voltage divider forms a high-voltage input of the measuring component, and the low-voltage arm of the voltage divider is the output of the measuring component, in addition, the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the voltage measurement system in the cells with a cable terminal, consisting of an information processing unit and a measuring component, which comprises a housing, a housing of the terminals of the measuring component, a screw-on electrode, a spacer and a voltage divider, wherein the housing is made in the form of a hollow truncated cone, inside which there are in-series connected to each other a screwed electrode, a spacer and a voltage divider, inner space of the housing is filled with a compound, the screw-on electrode is located on the side of the narrow end of the housing, and on the side of its wide end the housing of the measuring component terminals is mounted, wherein the circuit consisting of a screw-on electrode, a spacer and a voltage divider forms a high-voltage input of the measuring component, and the low-voltage arm of the voltage divider is the output of the measuring component, wherein the input of the information processing unit is connected to the output of the measuring component using a communication cable.
