FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in simplified design of system, in simplified test of instrument current and voltage transformers with simultaneous rise of their precision ensuring possibility of simple algorithm of its periodic execution, simplified solving of problems securing normal functioning with increased operational reliability and accuracy of systems of primary and secondary processing and transmission of data. To achieve this technical result automated system controlling and metering electric energy includes instrument current and voltage transformers, device of primary processing of data, transmitting unit, power supply device with power supply unit, body formed by conductive walls having shape of Faraday cell, insulation spacers, high-voltage insulator by which body is anchored in break of high-voltage power wire. Instrument voltage transformer is formed by capacitive voltage divider of two concentrated capacitors, first of them forms low-voltage arm of capacitive voltage divider and second concentrated capacitor forms high-voltage arm of capacitive voltage divider. Power supply device is equipped with current transformer put on outer side of body. Device of primary processing of date, power supply unit of power supply device and transmitting unit are housed in body. According to another variant automated system controlling and metering electric energy incorporates instrument current and voltage transformers, device of primary processing of data, transmitting unit, power supply device with power supply unit, body formed by conductive walls in the form of Faraday cell, insulation spacer, high- voltage insulator by which body is anchored in break of high-voltage power wire, support placed on ground, wire. In this case instrument voltage transformer comes in the form of capacitive voltage divider formed by unit of concentrated capacitors connected in series and mounted on support. Low-voltage arm of capacitive voltage divider is formed by part of concentrated capacitors of unit, second part of these capacitors forms high-voltage arm of capacitive voltage divider. Power supply device is equipped with current transformer put on outer side of body. Device of primary processing of data, power supply unit of power supply device and transmitting unit are housed in body.
