FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a respiratory trainer for cardiorespiratory system recovery. Simulator includes an assemblable mouthpiece consisting of a tube with a replaceable air filter and a biteboard, a flexible corrugated hose connected to the assemblable mouthpiece, a base with a ventilation channel connected to three training cavities with volume of 400 cm3, and an opening for connecting the ventilation channel with a flexible corrugated hose. In each training cavity there are training cones differing from each other in colour with protruding slots on the surface in the form of a spiral for movement when performing exercises on inhalation.
EFFECT: implementation of the purpose – creation of a respiratory gymnastics trainer which is safe for patient’s health, which enables to perform physical training of respiratory muscles, while having a design that provides compactness and ease of use (assembly, disassembly, maintenance of the device).
