FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, pediatrics and sport medicine, and can be used for estimation of functional resources of children's and teenagers' organism. For this purpose carried out is functional coordination testing (C) by determination of stability of tested person standing in Romberg pose of I-IV degree of complexity. After that functional Martinet-Kushelevskiy test (MK) is carried out by measuring arterial pressure (AP) and heart rate at rest and after load. Then performed is functional Genchi test (G) by determination of breath-holding time. On the basis of obtained parametres time of HB and AP recovery is determined, calculation of measurements of systolic arterial pressure (SAP), diastolic arterial pressure (DAP) and index of quality of response (IQR) to said load is performed, degree of organism's stress to load (DOS), cardiac index (F) and type of organism's response to load are determined. Additionally determined is paradoxical type of organism's response to load. Evaluation of indexes of MK, C and G test is performed in points 1-5 on the basis of elaborated centric scales for children and teenagers from 5 to 18 years. On the basis of obtained data index (I) of functional MK, C and G test is calculated by formula: , where: k- is the number of possible gradations in points, in our investigation k=5, ni is the number of parametres, which have point mark equal I, I is value of parametre gradation (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 points), N is the total number of parametres involved in said test. After that estimation of level of functional resources of organism (LFR) is carried out by value of ratio of sum of indexes of each carried out tests to the number of tests and if LFR value is 1.00-0.88, level is estimated as excellent, if LFR value is 0.87-0.70 - as good, if LFR is 0.69-0.50 - as satisfactory; if LFR value is 0.49-0.00 - as unsatisfactory.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy, reliability and self-descriptiveness of estimated indices in children and teenagers.
