FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatovenerology, and can be used for treating autoimmune pemphigus. While taking glucocorticosteroid preparations, the entire erosive surface is treated with a plasma flow in a monopolar spray-coagulation mode with power of 5 W, pulse duration 1.5 s on “ЭХВЧ-20-МТУСИ” apparatus. Electrode holder is moved along the erosive surface for 20-30 s. 2-3 sessions are performed with a pause between sessions of 24 hours.
EFFECT: method enables accelerating the erosion epithelisation and improving the therapeutic effect, reducing the glucocorticosteroid dosage and preventing the development of complications in the form of a secondary infection due to the combined use of a monopolar plasma flow with optimal parameters and the use of glucocorticosteroids.
