FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine namely dermatology, and concerns the method of diagnostics of autoimmune violent dermatoses. The method consists in carrying out of an indirect immunofluorescence of cryostat sections of an investigated skin incubated in a thermostat in a moist chamber at temperature 37.0-37.2°C within 50-60 minutes and an estimation of an immunohistochemical picture on localisation of a cadherin complex in a tissue. At disturbance revealing expression of the cadherin complex up to its absence is diagnosed as an autoimmune violent dermatosis.
EFFECT: possibility reception to tap autoimmune violent dermatosis in early terms of disease.
