SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to aesthetic gynecology, plastic surgery, sexology, and aims at treating vaginal relaxation. In a patient with vaginal relaxation syndrome, reticulated hyaluronic acid is introduced into a submucosal layer of vaginal walls. Introduction is carried out in a total amount of 10 to 20 ml, in retrograde fanning method. Along the anterior wall of the vagina—from the level of the middle one-third of the urethra to the junction of the dome of the vagina and the cervix, along the posterior wall of the vagina—from the hymenal ring not reaching 1 cm to the junction point of the cervix and the vagina, along the lateral walls of the vagina—from the hymenal ring to the lateral vaginal vaults.

EFFECT: invention provides restoration of vaginal topography and elimination of undesirable manifestations of vaginal relaxation disturbing normal sexual life of a woman.
