FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery, aesthetic gynecology. A vertical incision is made along the upper pole of the hood of the clitoris, capturing its duplication and prepuce of the head of the clitoris. The tissues are displaced on both sides of the incision. They are sutured with a twisting suture made of absorbable material and the displaced tissues are saturated with a preparation of hyaluronic acid of an average degree of reticulation 0.2-0.5 ml.
EFFECT: method provides prevention of recurrence of phimosis against the background of restoration of anatomical relationships and functions in the clitoral region.
