FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding, particularly, to diffusion welding of parts from dissimilar materials in production of electrovacuum devices. At least one metal coating is applied on the surface of each welded part; at that, in order to ensure adhesion of the coating to the part and between coatings, surfaces of the parts are prepared before application of the coating, and after application of the coating, surfaces of the coatings are prepared. Surface preparation of parts and intermediate coatings is carried out by treatment with high-energy ions of neutral gas. Structure of welded parts is assembled, heated and a load is applied to it, which promotes diffusion processes for formation of a welded joint. Diffusion welding is carried out between identical materials of the last coatings on both parts, wherein the welding temperature is determined depending on the material of the last coating in range of 20°C up to 0.9 of the melting point of the material of the last coating.
EFFECT: obtaining vacuum-tight mechanically strong welded assemblies of dissimilar materials.
