SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modified polymer based on a conjugated diene. Disclosed is a modified polymer based on a conjugated diene for preparing a rubber composition, having a wide Mooney relaxation region (WRM) measured at 100 °C and component from 1500 Mooney units (EM-s) to 4000 EM-s, wherein the modified conjugated diene-based polymer contains functional groups derived from an aminoalkoxysilane-based modifier and an epoxide-based modifier at least one chain end; method of producing the disclosed modified polymer and a rubber composition for preparing moulded articles containing the disclosed modified polymer.

EFFECT: obtaining a polymer based on a conjugated diene, having a high molecular weight and a controlled wide Mooney relaxation region, wherein the rubber mixture based on it will have low Mooney viscosity, excellent processability when making a tire, as well as good physical properties, such as tensile properties, and excellent viscoelastic properties.
