SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the fact that the electronic device, when receiving user input, determines whether the user input corresponds to a heating command for heating the substrate to generate a cigarette aerosol, and determines whether the electronic device is charged based on the user input corresponding to the heating instruction. If the electronic device is charged, the user input is canceled. If the user input does not correspond to the heating command, an operation corresponding to the user input is performed.
EFFECT: enabling the aerosol generating device to execute user commands other than heating commands in a charging state.
