FIELD: aerosol generating device.
SUBSTANCE: aerosol generating device, comprising a heater configured to heat a substrate for generating aerosol, the first printed circuit board on which a controller is installed, configured to control operation of the heater, a battery configured to supply electricity to the heater under control of the controller, and a protection circuit module, containing the second printed circuit board, the module package is installed on the second printed circuit board and located so that it contacts the battery. The module package contains at least an integrated circuit configured to protect the battery, and at the same time, at least the integrated circuit is located in the internal sealed space of the module package. The protection circuit module includes a connector configured to be connected to the first printed circuit board, and the second printed circuit board is electrically connected to the connector.
EFFECT: creation of a protection circuit module capable of preventing the impact of foreign substances on the elements constituting the protection circuit module, and a device for generating an aerosol containing it.
