FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to construction of buildings with a frame from light metal structures and prefabricated volumetric modules. Modular building, comprising a frame, including side and end walls, a support frame, a floor and a roof, in which the frame is fixed to the foundation by a fastening joint through the support frame, in which in the areas of the angular supports of the frame, at its connection points with the foundation, recesses are made in which fasteners are installed, connected to the support frame by a welded joint, each of which is two angles welded to each other in a box-like section, equipped with a base with a hole in the middle, in which a fastening connection is located, wherein said recesses are covered with overlays.
EFFECT: simplification of building erection due to the fact that additional preparation of the foundation is not required, which deteriorates properties of the foundation, as well as due to the fact that installation of fastening through angular supports is not required.
