SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cover of a device for analysing nucleic acid material. Cover of the apparatus for analysing nucleic acid material comprises: a plurality of light sources; a light guide for distributing light from a plurality of light sources, the light guide having a first main surface opposite a second main surface. First main surface is treated by the first surface treatment, and the light emitted from the light guide indicates the state of said device. Cover also comprises a frame supporting a plurality of light sources and a light guide for selectively moving the cover vertically or horizontal line relative to said device for selective access to one or more receiving parts for cartridge or other consumables used by said device.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the disclosed device.
