FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for dismantling a heat exchanger. Heat exchanger is intended for use in a nuclear power plant and comprises a heat exchange tube, a tube plate to which a heat exchange tube is attached, and a cylindrical housing containing the heat exchange tube and the tube plate. Heat exchange tube comprises an arched part and straight parts of the tube, each of which passes from one of both ends of the arched part so that the straight parts of the tube are parallel relative to the central axis of the housing and pass through the tube plate from its front surface to its rear surface, wherein tube straight parts are welded to tube plate on side of tube plate rear surface. Dismantling method includes steps, at which the arched part of the heat exchange tube is removed, the welded part is removed, on which the straight parts of the tube are welded to the tube plate, by cutting from the tube plate, wherein cutting is performed parallel with tube plate surface to withdraw tube straight parts after removal of arc-like part and weld part.
EFFECT: excellent manufacturability, reduced radiation dose, possibility to freely use tube plate as secondary metal.
