FIELD: recycling weapons and military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling of weapons and military equipment, and more specifically to recycling of secondary resources obtained by burning charges of composite solid propellants. Effluents formed during combustion of a charge of composite solid rocket propellant are treated with cleaning from highly dispersed suspended particles. Particles of aluminium oxide with size of 10 mcm and more are separated from the liquid in the settling tank. Then, effluents are subjected to electrolytic treatment in a diaphragm-free cell using an aluminium anode and an inert graphite cathode. Suspended particles formed during anodic dissolution with aluminium hydroxide are coagulated. Electrolytic treatment of effluents in the form of sodium chloride solution with suspended highly dispersed aluminium oxide particles is carried out in a constant electric field at current density of 0.010-0.065 A/cm2 and voltage of 10-30 V for 30 minutes. After electrolysis, the solid phase is separated from the liquid by centrifugation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of extraction of aluminium oxide during purification of effluents formed during combustion of CSRP charge, from highly dispersed suspended particles, as well as obtaining secondary resources, which can be used without their removal into environment.
