FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of purifying sewage waters from cationic surface-active substance tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide and can be used at enterprises of light industry, machine-building, petrochemical and organic synthesis and ore processing. Method consists in the following: mixture, containing sodium dodesulphate, alumosilicic coagulant-flocculant and granulated sulphate polyacrylamide in ratio [1]:[1-1.2:0.25-0.5:0.008-0.01], is introduced into sewage water, which contains cationic surface-active substance, with further electroflotation extraction of formed compounds from sewage water.
EFFECT: invention provides increased degree of electroflotation extraction of cationic surface-active substance tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide from sewage waters.
